One year after his history-making debut album Can’t Rush Greatness, Central Cee has released a surprise 7-track EP titled All Roads Lead Home, dropping on Friday, March 27, 2026. The project marks a deliberate pivot away from his recent global, star-studded collaborations toward a raw, West London-centric sound rooted firmly in Shepherd’s Bush, the neighbourhood that built him.
The EP’s artwork, featuring Cench standing at a bus stop in his native Shepherd’s Bush, sets the tone immediately. This is not a crossover record. It is a homecoming.
All Roads Lead Home Tracklist | 7 Tracks, 17 Minutes
Spanning 17 minutes, the EP features two guest appearances drawn exclusively from the UK scene, signalling a deliberate “local-first” approach after 2025’s global feature run.
| # | Track | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | ICEMAN FREESTYLE | Originally previewed on a Drake livestream. No-hook drill delivery. |
| 2 | SLAUGHTER | feat. J Hus. Afroswing-tinged, widely regarded as the EP’s centrepiece. |
| 3 | WAGWAN | Mid-tempo track. Music video filmed in the South of France. |
| 4 | FEELINGS | Reflective. Addresses the pressures of fame and broken trust. |
| 5 | DC10 | High-energy production, early fan favourite. |
| 6 | MAKA | feat. A2ANTI. A reunion with a fellow Shepherd’s Bush native. |
| 7 | Y FI DAT | Closing track. Produced by Harley Arsenault and Chris Rich. |
After Can’t Rush Greatness | The Strategic Reset
The release of All Roads Lead Home follows a massive 2025 for Central Cee, a year in which he became the first British rapper to reach the U.S. Billboard 200 Top 10. The EP arrives with deliberate timing and clear intent: prove the fanbase at home still comes first.
Three things frame the release context:
- The MOBO Sweep. The EP arrived one day after Central Cee’s dominant performance at the 2026 MOBO Awards, where he was named Best Hip Hop Act. He is now the most decorated artist in MOBO history with eight career wins, surpassing every previous record holder.
- Global Tour, Local Music. Cench is currently mid-way through the Asia leg of his Can’t Rush Greatness World Tour, performing to sold-out arenas across Japan, South Korea, and Australia. Dropping UK-rooted music while touring internationally is a calculated signal to his core drill audience that global success has not diluted his identity.
- Sound Evolution. Where Can’t Rush Greatness leaned into crossover appeal with features from 21 Savage and Lil Baby, this EP pulls in the opposite direction. Production across the 7 tracks has been described by critics as “soulful, moody”, drawing comparisons to early 2010s UK rap while updated with modern drill urgency.
Early Reception | J Hus Collab Leads Fan Response
Early fan sentiment on Reddit and X has been largely positive, with conversation centred on two tracks. “SLAUGHTER” with J Hus, a collaboration fans have been requesting since both artists broke through simultaneously in the mid-2010s, is drawing the strongest response as a long-overdue pairing of two of the UK’s most distinct voices. “ICEMAN FREESTYLE”, originally previewed on a Drake livestream and now officially released, is being cited as the sharpest technical display of Central Cee’s career.
A recurring criticism in early listener commentary points to “recycled” lyrical themes, specifically Cench’s well-documented references to his journey from a Toyota Yaris to a Lamborghini Urus. The consensus, however, is that the production quality and the J Hus feature more than compensate.
“All Roads Lead Home captures Central Cee at a pivotal moment, balancing global ambition with a return to the streets that shaped him.”
Why This EP Matters for UK Drill in 2026
Central Cee occupies a unique position in British music: he is both the genre’s most internationally successful export and its most visible active participant in domestic drill culture. All Roads Lead Home is significant not just as a body of work, but as a statement about where UK rap sits in 2026: global enough to sell arenas in Tokyo, grounded enough to film album artwork at a bus stop in W12.
The EP is available now on all major streaming platforms via Sony Music.
